With many victims being tasered to death by police officers who believe that their less-than lethal is just that. How less than lethal can a taser be if it causes death? Maybe my quoting is wrong, maybe its less lethal or less likely to die if you were shot. Either way the use of tasers as a form of criminal control seems to be way out of hand. There must be some other form of restraint that can be used. Otherwise the fear of police is going to go out of control with the rampant use of these devices.
